Returns and Refunds Policy
We hope that you will be over the moon with your purchase from Fond Of You, but we do also understand that sometimes you may want to return an item. We are happy to assist you with this as we offer refunds/exchange/credit note.
When Returning Your Item
Please ensure all items are sent back to us with all original tags and packaging. ALL products must be returned "as new";, in an unworn condition and free of any odour, makeup, stains, fake tan etc. If the item you return comes back to us in a damaged state you will be denied a refund/exchange/credit note. You will receive an email from the team if this is to happen.
DO NOT FORGET TO ADD YOUR FOND OF YOU RETURNS/EXCHANGE FORM.
SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR AND UNDERWEAR CANNOT BE RETURNED (anything with a hygiene label included).
We do not cover the costs of postage for your return. Please ensure you use a tracked service, Royal Mail Tracked Services are the best and easiest way to get your parcel back to Fond Of You.
KEEP YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION SAFE, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST RETURNS.
Place your Fond Of You return/exchange form in the parcel you are returning. If you don't then we will not know who the parcel belongs to. Your full name, order number and item(s) need to be stated on the form along with your choice of exchange/credit note/refund.
Exchange Information
If you have opted for an exchange please state clearly what you would like to swap for by writing the product name (please find correct name in product description via website), colour (if needed to be stated) and also your size on the form.
If your exchange item costs more than what you originally purchased you will be contacted by the team to pay the extra amount. If it is less you will receive a credit note for the remaining amount. Exchanges are free and you will not have to cover the postage costs for you to receive your exchange item to be sent to you.
Refund Information
We offer refunds if you are not happy with your item. Please state you would like a refund by ticking the "Refund" option on the form. Your refund will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving your return. If you paid by card it will take around 3-7 days for your refund to be sent back to your bank account. If you paid with PayPayl your refund may be quicker.
Credit Note Information
If you would like to opt for a credit note option this means you will have credit to spend online at Fond Of You. Your credit note will be valid for 12 months, once we have your returned item you will receive an email from the team with a code to use online. This will be processed within 24 hours of us receiving your returned item at the Fond Of You HQ. Please tick the "Credit Note" option on your form.
IF YOU SELECT THE REFUND/CREDIT NOTE OPTION YOU WILL STILL NEED TO PUT YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER AND ITEM IN THIS BOXES PROVIDED ON THE FORM.
